YOU MUST WEAR A MASK ON THE SHOWGROUNDS AT ALL TIMES UNLESS YOU ARE ON A HORSE! Riders do not need to wear a mask while mounted unless they want to. Per USEF rules, you will not be penalized if you wear a face covering while in the show ring. Only essential participants are allowed on the show grounds: Trainers, Grooms, Riders and 1 parent/guardian if the rider is a minor. No spectators or additional family members. Show grounds are closed to the public. Anyone who is approved to come onto the show grounds MUST complete the PSJ Entrance Affidavit upon arrival. You can only give this form to security at the entrance to the showgrounds. You will be given a wrist band to wear all week. Please take you temperature prior to entering the show. If you have a temperature of 99.5 F or above or have symptoms of COVID, do NOT come to the horse show! Temperatures will be taken of everyone entering the showgrounds on a daily basis with a non contact forehead thermometer. If we scan your temperature and it's above 99.5 you will NOT be admitted onto the show grounds. All officials, volunteers, trainers, riders, owners and parent/guardian of minor that will be on the show grounds MUST complete and sign the mandatory USEF Waiver and Liability Release. Take out food vendor will be on site. We encourage everyone to bring their own food if possible. There are also restaurants in the area that offer take out and delivery. Limited supply vendors will be on site. Trainers are responsible for their stabling area. Only trainers, grooms and essential personnel (farrier, vet, etc) are allowed in the stabling tents and must be properly socially distanced. Braiding is allowed. New show office procedures will be in place. Download the office procedures here. USEF Requirement: All individuals must practice social distancing (or physical distancing) at all times while on the competition grounds by staying at least six feet (about two arms’ length) from any person who is not a member of their immediate household.
2020 COVID-19 POLICY AND RULES
For Hunter Farms North Horse Shows Effective June 1, 2020 Until Further Notice Anyone entering Hunter Farms North 246 Burnt Hill Road, Skillman, NJ (HFN) must adhere to the 2020 Covid-19 Policy and Rules while on the property. Those admitted and found not in compliance with the Rules will be asked to leave the site and will not be allowed re-entry. Additionally, all Federal, State and local laws that may be applicable at the time of entry must be followed.
